Space character as sheet name in Excel

It may be hard to believe, but apparently it happens. A worksheet in MS Excel can be assigned a name consisting of a single space character.
Leaving aside the questions of who makes use of this and whether it makes any sense, the FlowHeater Excel Adapter now functions properly with a sheet named with a space character.

Excel Adapter correction: now supports a worksheet name of only a space character.
Corrections to field connections in Designer. Caused by the introduction of support for multiple Adapters, the display of Designer fields were displaced when scrolling.
Minor corrections to the Runtime Designer version.
