Easy Use of Adapter Templates
With this version, you can create custom templates for reuse from any Adapter. Adapter templates can be created very easily using the Adapter’s context menu. Simply select the “Save as Template” menu item, choose a location and name, and you’re done.
The next time you select the “Apply settings from” menu item, you can now apply the settings from this adapter template. There is no limit to the number of templates you can create.
Tip: If a template is too complex and you only need to apply an Adapter’s settings from an existing Definition once, you can also use the clipboard for this. To do so, simply open the existing definition, select “Copy” from the context menu of the desired Adapter, and then select “Apply settings from” in the current definition. The adapter you just copied can now be used temporarily here.

Expanded Freeware Features
The feature set of the freeware version has been significantly expanded. The freeware version now allows you to save definitions for reuse. Furthermore, the freeware version now supports up to 3 processing steps, each with up to 5 functions (Heater). The freeware version is generally limited to a maximum of 10,000 records/rows per run.
This means that the freeware version can now also be used with the REST API Adapter to connect to and process simple web services that typically require upstream processing steps, such as for authentication.
