Text File Delimiter

I have a request from a new customer to export their data into a none delimited text file. This is an example of the first six columns N120FEDEX2DAY 9405515901870993406555 6 that's how they want it this is the best I can do N,120,FEDEX2DAY ,9405515901870993406555 , ,6 , ...Is there a way for me to export the data with the predetermined length and no delimiters?

Hello JD,

you just have to switch to “fixed width”, and set the desired field length on tab “Field / Data types” that’s all. You find an example in the attached ZIP archive.

As always Robert it did answer my question. I was so focused on the delimiter settings I totally missed the fixed width.
