Example OF Issue Accessing File

Here is zip with a series of ScreenShots showing the steps to accessing a particular file.
The ONLY that was not able to be shown was the TableName List used to create the SELECT statement, but that WAS done via the
UI (not manually typed)... I have also included the .fhd file.

Any ideas?
