Execute batch file

This customer can only provide us with a .xlsx file.
I need it in csv format to stay in sync with our operational setup.

If I manually execute the batch file it works great.
But, when I execute it with FHServerManager, only Step 1 runs.

Strangely, when I leave the file named IMPORT.xlsx and comment Step 1 out.
Step 2 still fails to run.

Hi JD,

I guess this is just an Office/COM automation issue. Please try to create the 2 in the log mentioned “Desktop” directories manually. After creation please restart the FlowHeater Server Service and try it again.

The directories are
    C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop
    C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\Desktop
