Upgrade was created by JD Cox
Hey guys I’m in a bit of a jam. We upgraded to V3 on Friday. Our network guy made the purchase (Order 495649643) (Item 300503950e). When he was done he said it would only show the free version to upgrade to. I confirmed that the transaction was completed Saturday morning.
I worked from home over the weekend to convert all of our definition over to V3.
Our problem is they can only import 50 lines of data at a time, please I need your assistance on what to do before the free version times out.

I think we’ve figured out what happened…Licensing.
We were able to register one user, our network guy that never uses FH. We rely heavily on FlowHeater, and today has not been a good day. We’ve discussed it and we’re planning to purchase the company license. Trying to keep up with the users would not be worth it, besides it’s what I’ve been asking for anyway.
Seeing that we just purchased a single license for $65 can we get applied credit toward the company license purchase? And can you please give me a quick overview on how to proceed?
