Excel Adapter issue in BODS 3.1 on Unix Server

Hello,

We have BODS 3.1 installed on Unix Server and it uses Excel Adapter to read excel files. Most of our Batch Jobs use Excel files as input source.Earlier Issues: The Excel Adapter stops working quite often and has to be manually restarted each time, until then Jobs that requires Excel Adapter would fail.The Excel adapter would quite often not detect worksheets even if it is present in the workbook and because of this the Job would fail and had to be re run.The Excel Adapter would throw Java Heap Space issue quite often and Jobs would fail and again the jobs had to be rerun.

Anyone advice me

Hi Harry,

I guess you´re in the wrong forum. The FlowHeater Excel Adapter has nothing to do with the SAP BO Data Services (BODS) Excel Adapter.

I´m afraid I couldn´t help you with this topic, sorry.
