Adding a line of data #2410 was created by JD Cox
Going back to post #2410 I’m having a similar problem as #2440.

In the sample I sent you can that the first order #1176 is being changed. The item should be SS-SKU. In the output but it’s changing to SS-WELINS. Through trial and error I figured out that if I change field “gift” to true on order #1170, it works. Funny thing is order #1170 is being filter out. At some point I’m going to do the same thing for field “new”, and the a third. Is this the best approach?

Hi JD,

There was a bug in the GroupOut Heater and the AutoID counter for the GroupOut was not reset by the GroupOut processing. I´ve tested your defintion with the latest version and it runs as expected. The bug has been fixed with version 4.0.8 .

The reason why your order #1170 has been filtered out is a second filter criteria for “fulfilled” in your CSV data.

Best wishes

Thanks Robert we'll take care of the update. I know #1170 was filtered out because of the "fulfilled" status. The funny part is the if I changed that record it worked fine even though it was filtered. If the update takes care of then no problem. One more thing, can I put more then one GroupOut Heater and AutoID in a definition where a single record could trigger multiple additional lines to be added?

Hi JD,

The reason why your definition works fine when you change the comparsion to true is your compare condition “=true”. E.g. in your CSV row are “-1” and “0” for true or false. If you change our condition to =-1 the Definition will also work like expected.

It´s possible to use more than one GroupOut Heater but if you´re using the AutoID with enabled GroupOut counting this is not working.

Best wishes
